What should you have to achieve at 30?

 Take control of your life. If not now then when?



  1. Talents: Finding what you are good at, what are your likes, dislikes, etc.
  2. Dealing with stress: We all experience it but you gotta learn to deal with it in your own way.
  3. Run-away fund: Save money for a rainy day, month or whatever. A fund that can sustain your expenses if you lose your source of income.
  4. Diet: Fixing your diet, getting in the habit of eating healthy rather than just going with the flow,
  5. New language: Learning a new language is always fun and also it decreases the risk of Dementia and Alzheimer.
  6. Multiple income sources: It’s foolish to keep all your eggs in one basket. Whether it’s investing or a side business, it’s the way to go.
  7. Ignoring people: Learning how to stop caring about what people think and do what you want anyway.
  8. Chase joy: It’s about doing what makes you happy. Whether it’s hiking, writing, etc.
  9. Exercise routine: Knowing yourself and what you like. Is it weights or cardio? Developing a consistent routine is important.
  10. Close friends: You will realize not everybody is your friend. It’s helpful to create a deep connection with a few people.
